I just have one small gripe and that's with AAC parking staff. If you guys decide to have the meet there again.. which would be perfectly fine with me.. can you guys have someone direct us AWAY from AAC parking staff? Lol.. they didn't direct us to the right parking area and I thought the window of 15 dollars only was surpassed and the 5 dollars AAC staff was asking for was something mandatory.

When I went up to the meet itself the people who were collecting the money($5 entry/donation) advised me that the money we gave the others didn't have to do with the meet. At that point AAC didn't let me have my money back.. typical Dallas staff. Other than that.. CCM has been on the right track on improving each time. HUGE success guys and gals!

About this whole ordeal:
We constantly told everyone and posted on the facebook event and everywhere about the details of this event throughly:
We wanted everyone to be in the lot from 5p.m. to 7p.m. After that, we HAD to close the gate at 7p.m. No IF or ANDs about it.
It wasn't our choice of course, it was AAC's rules. There were demands that we had to go through in order to have the event there.
As stated about the event, we said if you come late after 7p.m., you would have to deal with AAC parking that does not do anything with the charity and that $15 that they charge DOES not go towards charity. So when y'all had to go to the gate at 7p.m. *in person*, we ask $5/person so that something is given to charity. We have been saying this since the beginning of it though. :]

Thank you, Steady Methodz!!!

I was rolling out a little late after the meet in my z31 and couldn't drive a few feet in the lot without hitting an empty NOS can or bottle or some piece of trash. If I was a cool guy I would of stayed and helped clean up, but I had other plans, sorry guys :( next ccm dallas meet, if there is a bunch of trash, I'll stick around however long it takes to help clean up. :)

Team HighRev rolled out of the lot late also. I agree, the lot was trashed like a mofo. tons of nos cans. I saw the one guy who worked for AAC (im assuming cause he was the only one picking up trash with a big cart) i asked him if i could have a couple of trash bags. I made sure everyone from my team picked up ALL of our trash including their cigarette butts. every event we go to, we leave cleaner than we found it. [clapper]

That was my first CCM and I was very impressed and loved it. I just threw most of my trash in my back seat, and threw it out at a gas station. Very happy to hear the goal was met to donate to SRH. Makes us "gearheads" look a lot better. lol Cant wait to hear about the next one.

All around one helluva "meet". Garbage, revving and people with no subs and 439876560952 tweeters making sure everyone hears their crap whether We want to or not is something that will have to be dealt with at every meet on every scale. I also packed all My trash out(as per usual), and if I hadn't had to work Sunday I would've stayed to help with the clean up. The only "problem" I had was when I rolled in with the rest of My crew, I was directed to park somewhere else, even though I was in the middle of Our little pack. No big, I still ended up parking with them, but I kinda figured it wouldn't be an issue to park with the folks I came with, until I got there. Also, one of Our lil crew was pulled out to go VIP(claimed it was because He had pre registered so early...?), which kinda confused Me but whatever. His car was nicer than Mine, and I'm glad even one Focus got some love(made up for the looks and snickers most folks did as they walked past, also whatever, lol).

All I know is, I'm looking forward to CCM8.

Oh, and more XL shirts would have been nice, too. I don't know if there were any, but there weren't any by the time I tried to buy one around 6.

great meet, made the drive from austin and back the same night. y'all have been doing nothing but improving the meets. i remember the first one back in austin! haha.

but fantastic meet, regardless. i don't regret driving the long way with a half broken car :D it made it back in one piece...more or less. just left a lot of oil, gas, and coolant all over the highway.

also, sorry my car was so loud. that's what happens when you have "straight pipes and a nasty huge cam"

The meet was very nice, and the truck with the ice cream speakers hurt my kids ears when he passed by. The models I really didn't have a problem with that lol, well besides the panda express plate girl walking around but she still looked ok [rofl] !!!!
